Inside the Stages of Escape Halloween

At Escape Halloween, the stages are just as much a part of the experience as the music itself. Insomniac has outdone themselves once again, creating immersive environments that perfectly complement the spooky vibes of Halloween. As a Texas-based publication, we’re thrilled to see what they’ve conjured this year, and we can’t wait to explore the different realms while enjoying performances from some of our favorite artists.

Let’s break down what each stage has to offer:

The Grimm stage, always a fan favorite, is back—and it’s bigger than ever. In fact, it’s 20% larger than it was last year, making this voodoo-inspired setting even more immersive. As the spirits of the dead are summoned during the ritual, heavy-hitters like Illenium, Alice in Wonderland, deadmau5, and Martin Garrix will take to the stage, creating an atmosphere that’s haunting and thrilling. This expanded space allows for even more spooks and more space for dancing.

If you're feeling brave, head to the Feeding Grounds, where you'll be surrounded by webs and glowing eyes watching your every move. This stage is all about high-energy, and classic artists like Lil Texas and Lady Faith will bring the beats with bass-heavy sets that match the intense, eerie vibe of the environment. Beware, though—this is where the creatures lurk, and they’re always hungry for more!

Over at The Cauldron, it’s all about the witches’ brew of beats and magic. Boiler Room is making its chilling debut here, where the atmosphere feels mystical and spine-chilling. You’ll be treated to shadowy sets that are sure to keep you on edge as the spirits come out to play.

In the dystopian Sewer District, you’ll find a gritty, underground experience unlike any other. Crankdat and Riot Ten will be taking the stage in a B2B set as Dog Eat Dog, and having seen them tear it up in Texas, we know this is going to be one to watch! And don’t miss Level Up, one of my personal favorites, who will also be bringing her voodoo-inspired energy to this stage, alongside Vastive and Wooli.

Finally, venture into the Wicked Woods, where an ancient ritual is unfolding. The dark and seductive atmosphere here will be heightened by the legendary Fatboy Slim, making this stage a must-see for anyone craving a truly otherworldly experience.

With each stage offering a spooky world to explore and an incredible lineup to match, Escape Halloween promises nothing short of a great time.
